External Wind-Heat syndrome or early stage of seasonal febrile disease manifesting as fever, headache and cough. Red, painful and swollen eyes and blurred vision.
Great in tea and steeped overnight, often mixed with Gou Qi Zi, to both counteract the bitter flavour and benefit the eyes.
