S2 ACONITUM spp. for therapeutic use in adults:

  1. in preparations for oral use in packs each containing 0.2 mg or less of total alkaloids except in packs containing 0.02 mg or less of total alkaloids; or
  2. in preparations for dermal use containing 0.02 per cent or less of total alkaloids, in packs each containing 0.2 mg or less of total alkaloids except in packs containing 0.02 mg or less of total alkaloids.

S4 ACONITUM spp. except:

  1. when included in Schedule 2;
  2. in preparations for oral use in adults in packs containing 0.02 mg or less of total alkaloids; or
  3. in preparations for dermal use in adults containing 0.02 per cent or less of total alkaloids in packs containing 0.02 mg or less of total alkaloids.
