About this workshop

TCM Pastry Workshop

Explore the art of traditional Chinese medicinal food therapy through a hands-on pastry workshop inspired by the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

This practical session brings together classical food therapy, traditional ingredients and modern pastry techniques to show how herbs, grains, seeds, fruits and other nourishing ingredients can be incorporated into beautifully made everyday foods.

9:00 AM – Welcome and introduction

9:15 AM – Introduction to TCM food therapy principles

10:00 AM – Ingredient demonstration and preparation

10:45 AM – Morning tea

11:15 AM – Hands-on pastry making

12:30 PM – Lunch break

1:15 PM – Second practical session

2:30 PM – Tasting, discussion and recipe applications

3:30 PM – Q&A and closing discussion
