Empirical Health’s 20-year-aged Chen Pi is a premium tangerine peel traditionally valued for its refined potency and balanced aromatic profile. Through long-term natural ageing, the peel develops deeper warmth, a richer fragrance, and enhanced functional qualities that practitioners have relied on for centuries.
Chen Pi is commonly used to support healthy digestion, regulate Qi, and harmonise the middle. With extended ageing, its characteristics become smoother and more rounded, making it an excellent choice for formulas requiring high-grade, mature citrus peel.
This batch has been aged for two decades under controlled, traditional conditions to ensure authenticity, consistency, and exceptional quality.
