Bupleurum root (Chai Hu)
Pinellia rhizome prepared (Ban Xia (Jiang Zhi))
Chinese Rhubarb Root and Rhizome (Da Huang)
Oyster Shell Calcium (Mu Li)
Cinnamon bark (outer peel removed) (Gui Zhi (Qu Pi))
Chinese Skullcap root (Huang Qin)
Poria (Fu Ling)
Os Draconis (Long Gu)
Ginseng Root (White) (Ren Shen (Bai))
Hematite (Cosmetic mineral use) (Dai Zhe Shi)
Jujube fruit (Da Zao (Hong Zao))
Dried Ginger (Gan Jiang)

Place 1 tsp (~5 g) of powder into 100 ml of boiling water, let cool, strain and drink warm. Drink twice daily, or as otherwise directed by your healthcare professional.
