The Empirical Health Clinic Setup Assistance Program is designed to make this process easier. Approved applicants receive practical setup guidance, optional personalised support and greater flexibility when placing their qualifying opening order.

Who is the program for?
The program is available to qualified practitioners establishing a new dispensary or making a significant expansion to an existing one.
- Establishing your first herbal dispensary
- Opening a new clinic or clinic location
- Adding a herbal dispensary to an existing clinic
- Significantly expanding an existing dispensary
Applicants must meet Empirical Health’s standard wholesale eligibility requirements and plan an opening herb order of at least $1,000, excluding GST and delivery. Applying does not guarantee approval.

No. Each application is reviewed to confirm that the practitioner meets our wholesale eligibility requirements and that the proposed order fits the purpose of the program.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum opening herb order is $1,000, excluding GST and delivery.
When will payment be due?
The full invoice will be due 90 days after the approved opening order is placed.
Can an existing clinic apply?
Yes. The program may be available to practitioners adding a herbal dispensary to an existing clinic, opening another location or significantly expanding their current dispensary.

You’ll receive the Clinic Dispensary Setup Guide by email. Our team will review your application and contact you by email with the outcome and, if approved, instructions for placing your opening order.
