Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan – 桂枝茯苓丸

This traditional recipe is now obtainable in its original form in contemporary clinics around the globe. It is a tried and true herbal remedy with centuries of successful results in essential health and well-being.

Originally known as 'Honey Pills', we prefer 'Honey Pearls'. This reflects the care and craftsmanship behind each carefully formed pearl, prepared in accordance with classical tradition. After passing our rigorous quality testing process, each ingredient is traditionally prepared and formed into our distinctive Honey Pearls - a time-honoured method of herbal preparation used for thousands of years.

Honey Pearls offer a refined and convenient way to incorporate classical herbal traditions into daily life, particularly when a steady and consistent approach to long-term wellness is desired.

Each bottle contains 150 Honey Pearls.

Warm and Invigorate the Blood, transform Blood stasis, soften lumps of accumulated Phlegm, and reduce fixed abdominal pain

Ovarian Cysts
Uterine myomas, fibroids (or other uterine masses).
Dysmenorrhoea
Benign Prostate Hypertrophy

Threatened miscarriage due to Blood Stasis in the uterus causing mild, persistent bleeding.
Tender masses in the lower abdomen due to Phlegm and Blood Stagnation.
Male urinary disfunction due to Phlegm and Blood Stagnation.

Traditionally prepared as a honey pill, this formula gently and gradually invigorates the blood and breaks up both Blood Stasis and accumulated Phlegm. It facilitates movement through the bladder as well as the bowels, with checks and balances to ensure it is safe for use in pregnancy, as well as in the treatment of tumours.

Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan is a commonly used and well-studied formula. Systematic reviews have concluded that this formula is effective at reducing the volume of fibroids, and can significantly improve symptoms of dysmenorrhea.
Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan appears to inhibit tumour growth, inhibit angiopoiesis (the formation of new blood vessels) and reduce inflammation.

This formula is particularly indicated if the lower abdominal pain worsens with pressure.

As a treatment for dysmenorrhoea, this formula is best suited to cases involving irregular menstrual cycles, spotting, clotted menstrual flow, pain that worsens with pressure, or when there is a known presence of fibroids, cysts or other masses.

It is a traditional concept that tumours, which develop slowly over a period of time, should be dissolved gradually. A gentle approach using a formula such as this one may reduce the risk of metastasis.
